The gameplan for this blog is to keep everyone informed of the progress in our adoption process.
Our current baby situation is as follows:
4 weeks ago, Ashley, the birth mother, had a problem with high blood pressure. The doctor required her to not work. The doctor indicated if Ashley's blood pressure remained high, he would have to induce labor.
Every week, Ashley has a doctor's appointment to check her status and the status of the baby.
3 weeks ago, the doctor decided not to induce labor since Ashley's blood pressure was under control.
The due date for the baby is today (June 18th).
Tomorrow, Ashley has another doctor's visit. At that point, the doctor may or may not admit Ashley and induce labor.
I'll update the blog after we have a significant change in status.
